So let them consume from Allahh's scripture and do not affect them with harm, or you will be taken by an impending punishment." (11:64) But they pinned them down (preventing them from delivering the message), so he said, "Enjoy yourselves in your abodes of (erroneous) understanding for three days. That is a promise not to be denied." (11:65) So, when our command came, we saved Ṣāliḥ and those who believed with him, by mercy from us, and (saved them) from the disgrace of that time. Indeed, it is your lord who is the powerful, the unassailable. (11:66) And the scream seized those who had transgressed, and they became, in their abodes of (erroneous) understanding, (like) corpses, (11:67) As if they had never prospered therein. Unquestionably, Thamūd rejected (the guidance from) their lord; then, done away with shall be Thamūd. (11:68)

I’m having a mixture of thoughts, that: Salih is not just a description for one person, just as Aad and Thamud is not a descriptor for one group, my perception says: Muhammad and Musa, but then, we gotta wait for our tayr cos we don't know how to seek evidence yet, we're still being trained. SA
Remember Salih"s she camel that was decapacitated and rendered Aqir. This camel was Mohammad's close companions.

As far as I remember, Salih is a descriptor for Hz. Mussa.
The segment where the Naqah is described is also one with a locution referring to the Taurat.
But also somewhere else it was specifically spoken about Salih.
