Since I was a kid I always knew that the Quran didn't have the proper or right tafseer and weren't taught the right way. Especially when Allah describe about Ard, Garden, Hannah, etc I knew there were some depths meaning about it. Rather the Islamic scholars are still insulting themselves!!! by continuing to give us the wrong interpretation even after listening to Dr. Hany's presentations. By the way, did you find any Islamic scholar came forward to say a few words on the presentations given by Dr. Hany? None so far! My question is, why they don't? Maybe they see now, that we have started understanding the real message of the Al-Quran by dint of the hard work of Dr. Hanny, that Allah has blessed him with. SubhanAllah. eye opening translation of surah Zilzalaha. Abasa. I was scared of reading Zilzalaha before and now, today I can’t stop crying, with so many what ifs thoughts. 2:30 makes perfect sense! I cannot believe that I had glibly swallowed a flawed and fanciful interpretation for so long even though I reflected about it many times. You had promised that the new BAYYINAH in this segment will blow our minds and it did just that for me; wow! The clear evidence provided by the Ayat you expounded exposed the locution of the people of Fir3aoun without a shadow of a doubt. (I also noted the little teaser about these people being BANI ISRAEL). Indeed Allah SWT has hidden gems of knowledge in plain sight if only one has the eyes to see them. Very extensive work, no words to describe the concept of "Yesthahyee", the preposition of "Ma", the linguistic analysis of "Baudatun" (Active Function, Passive circumstance and the Plural) and furthermore the concept of "Faukaha", a particle of clause....all appealing SubhahanAllahh. And all commentators talk about the mosquito but never get into the root. I couldn't imagine all the 5 characters fitting in one verse. My mom kept dreaming the Quran was interpreted wrong, she saw a being with a finger pointing to the verses that were wrong, and the being or angel told her it was moved purposely. She was also taught certain Quranic verses in her dream by a being under a tree. Now you are here revealing the same exact things my mom saw in dreams. Subhan Allaah Atheem. I hope many will believe, because when my mom tried to tell others, none believed, so she doesn't tell her dreams about the wrong interpretation of the Quran anymore. Having watched more than a dozen of this channel video, I understood and felt that Dr Hany is honestly sharing this gift from Allahh to all of us as many possible, even the fact that he is still in the work in progress to have a complete book of translation/understanding of al Quran. That those who have the confident in this methodology that he is opened up by Allahh to him, kindly start helping him and all the way you can, as for me the best I could do right now is making frequent dua'a to Allahh to guide this work thru' till the solid produce of overall understanding of the Quran peacefully. As for those who are shocked and shivered in rejection the findings as the consequence of the application of the methodology, please take your time, and time and time while put your best to do your own research and debate with evidence based instead politely to Dr Hany. I understand the various feedbacks are all good for this process. This reminds me of surah 24 on how Allaah said in ayat 11...la tahsabuuhu syarran lakum, bal huwa hairun lakum....

Very interesting interpretation!! It compels us to see the Qur'an in different way and it's pretty much acceptable/logical to me. Traditional Tafseer are not sufficient/logical/rational/scientific enough to explain greatness of the Qur'an (sometimes those do the opposite)

Salamun Alikum Brother. I am with great interest following your videos and with every other video I get better in understanding of Quranic verses in their context, if not fully in word to word translation. The more I watch and listen to your videos my questions and doubts with traditional brand Islam get stronger. I am not a scholar but I never fully agreed with what’s normally told and sold to us in the name of Islam and sahi Hadeeth. Thank you for your time and work. Thank you for bringing a Muslim like me back to action after being fed up with story telling of brand Islam. I couldn’t wait for the day when Quran with translation and tafseer using methodology of Ibrahimic locution, will be available. Not every Muslim is a Arab speaking. For non-Arabic speaking like me to use methodology as suggested by you in existing translations would not help. Your videos will have more impact on listeners when Quran with new translation and Tafseer is there to refer to and make the difference.

Subhanallah tabarakallah I really pray for you for every second, breath and energy you spend on sharing this true knowledge. My reading of the Quran has never been so sweet because of your lectures. I sometimes felt like crying when you repeated the meaning of “وماكادو يفعلون” and how this easily removes the struggle: the meaning was right there in front of us hiding in plain sight. Ssubhanallahh.
I am not an Arabic native but I studied at halaqat and learned qawa3id when I was a teenager and when some 7uruf and asma’ are repeated or they don’t make sense to use we always discarded them as ‘extra’ and ziyada meaning we would just not interpret it. For example : Our sheikh used to interpret كادو as كانو and removing ما as extra would make the يفعلون a supporting statement ( they slaughtered and they do so), this of course was a scholarly pattern from many tafaseers, may Allahh forgive them and us for this shortcoming.

Quranic stories are so engaging if translated correctly. But sadly, the whole Quran is translated with such shallow analysis and lack of intellectual knowledge that lead people to pass by verses after verses with no urge to assess it and contemplate on it. And that's why considerable portion in Muslim community chose to stay at superficial layer of memorizing the Quran without internalizing it. Jazakallahu khairan sir for giving heads up to Muslims and may Allah provide ease on the massive task that u committing and help us ae well to make it spread among Muslim community.

I have recently turned 69 (and thank Allah SWT for allowing me to live to this age) and have considered myself a believer since my teenage years.
